What if I want more than than what the package includes?

If you want to add more pages or addons. We have an add-on list with pricing.

How long before you start my website?

Generally, we are booked out for about a month on websites. Please contact us to find out how far out we are on booking new projects.

Do I have to host my site on your server?

We offer hosting for your site on our server. The benefits of hosting your site on our server is that we keep all the software up to date and you will have full access to all of our professional licenses. We will also keep your site running with the latest updates. This also means if you accidentally lock yourself out of your site or forget your password, one call and we can get your access back to your site.

What if someday I want to move my site to another hosting company?

If you decide to move your site we will provide that hosting company with server access to transfer your site over to their server. It is important to know that once you move your site, you will no longer have access to the additional software licenses that are being used to process some parts of your site. You will need to purchase those licenses to continue using them on a different hosting server. We will provide you with the names of the software.

What is the SEO work?

SEO stand for Search Engine Optimization. Search engines like google have to decide what web pages are the most relevant to what a person is searching for and decide who gets to the top of those search results. We optimize your site to help your pages rank higher in search results.

Do I need SEO?

A study done by the SEO Giant “MOZ”, did a study in 2014 where they concluded that 71.33% of google search traffic goes to the first 10 search results. 

How is all the personal data handled?

As a professional web design company we have privacy policies posted, and a professional Service Agreement written by a licensed Attorney. The Service Agreement details that all information given to us by you, or entered into the site by your clients is protected with SSL encryption and kept private for use only by you and your authorized representatives. 

How long will it take to complete my website from start to finish?

For smaller sites, our timeline is usually about 2 weeks. For large websites, it’s usually about 4 weeks. Our timeline greatly depends on how quickly we can get materials from you like photos, and business info, and how quickly you get back to us. It also can change as you make more requests for more pages, or decide to go a different route on how you want to display something. We do our best to be flexible as you see what options are available for creation and make design change requests.

What ownership and control will I have over my site?

You will have full ownership and control of your site and your domain. The intellectual property of the design remains with us until you have paid in full for the work, and at that point you own the design.

What do I need to know about the additional software being used on my site?

  We use professional software that we load onto your site platform to do different things like process contracts, and make it so you can easily edit your site. This additional software has fees that are paid for by us annually. Because we pay for the licensing to have access, you must take on the cost of these licenses if you move your site off our server. We cannot maintain updates to a site we don’t have access to.

Are there any hidden fees?

 If you want something extraordinary on your site and we need to purchase software to do a specific task on your site that you will have to pay for monthly or yearly we will include that information and cost in our “scope of work” contract, and if it comes up midway through your site, we will submit a “change order” to get your approval to add that work/software charge to your invoice.

What does Devils Ridge Marketing do in your SEO work?

Devils Ridge Marketing will employ an SEO strategy that is heavily integrated with Google. We do not disclose the entire process we implement to protect our process. What we can tell you is that this package Includes on page and off page SEO work, and a targeted strategy to get your website ranking in search results. Your site will be connected to the Google search console, urls submitted for crawl, proper h1 and h2 tagging, and keyword research done. We have a proven strategy where we focus on utilizing under utilized keywords. We also start collecting visitor data, that tells us about your volume of traffic before and after implementing our SEO package.

What is the pricing for additional Services?

Email Forwarding

– $10 per year. Up to 5 custom emails. For example. We can set up an email hello@pawsitivelyperfectdogbreederwebsites.com to forward to DevilsRidgeMarketing@gmail.com. This allows you to give out a professional email that simply forwards to a regular gmail (or icloud,yahoo,etc) account. This option is only available when your domain is being hosted by Devils Ridge Marketing.

Extra Domains

– $25 per year. We can add an additional domain that to forwards to your website.

Social Media Set up

– $200 one time fee. Devils Ridge Marketing will look over your social media presence. Including the platforms Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, and any other social platforms the company promotes on, up to a max of 4 different social media platforms. We will set up social media accounts and give your business access to them, and then do 2 posts on each platform.

Social Media Posting

– $200 per month. Devils Ridge Marketing will identify your target market and employ a strategy for posts, that could be more website visitors, page likes, etc. We will do 6 posts per month to be shared across a max of 4 social platforms.

Social Media Advertising

– We employ a very specific strategy at the start of FB advertising. This strategy reduces wasted spending on advertising. We will adjust your ads as they collect data to increase their effectiveness. We run a series of small ads that target different demographics, and then whichever performs best, we put all your ad budget into that ad. We bill 15% of the total budget. So for example, if you want to spend $100 on ads, we spend a $100 ad budget and then bill you $115. 

SEO

– $2,000 one time fee. Devils Ridge Marketing will employ an SEO strategy that is heavily integrated with Google. We do not disclose the entire process we implement to protect our process. What we can tell you is that this package Includes on page and off page SEO work, and a targeted strategy to get your website ranking in search results. Your site will be connected to the Google search console, urls submitted for crawl, proper h1 and h2 tagging, and keyword research done. We have a proven strategy where we focus on utilizing underutilized keywords. We also will start collecting visitor data, that tells us about your volume of traffic before and after implementing our SEO package and some of that will be spent on advertising to test our keyword research and immediately bump the site visitors.

Shopping Cart / E-commerce

– $1500 Base price – Shopping carts range from simple to complex. Even a simple shopping cart requires users to be able to access their orders, products to be added, shipping parameters, taxes, shopping pages, etc. For this reason, we have a base price set for a shopping cart with up to 5 products. For shopping carts with more than 5 products, we will submit a change order to be agreed upon where an agreed-upon price will be set for your shopping cart needs. We will make recommendations for credit card processing and teach you how to manage your products.

Amazon Associate Set Up

– $300 Base price – DRM will help you sign up for an amazon affiliate account, so that you can display products on your website and any client that clicks the link and purchases a product will give you a small commission. This will include up to 15 products being put on a page for the site. Any login information provided by the client in order for DRM to help sign up the client will remain confidential. The page created to display the amazon associates account will count as one of the designed pages in the package.

Collect Subscribers and Send Emails

– $100 Base set-up price – DRM will help you select a mail service to allow your clients to subscribe to your email updates/mailer. Your clients will be able to receive emails and unsubscribe at the bottom whenever they want. This helps you build your client base and helps you keep in touch with potential clients. We will install the software and set it up to be used for the $100 fee. Your company will have the option of using a free version of the software, or paying a monthly fee so that their software logo is not displayed at the bottom of each mass email campaign, or showing your business address at the bottom of the mass email campaign. For example, you may have subscribed to a company’s regular email offers, and you client can unsubscribe at any time. We will be able to display a signup form on your site and send out 1 email that goes to all your subscribers using a Mass E-Mail Service.
